1.軸承尼龍保持架，簡稱尼保，材質(zhì)是聚酰胺，聚酰胺尼龍材料彈性大和重量輕的優(yōu)勢，這種保持架有非常好的滑動和自潤滑性能。制造過程采用注射成型法，由于材料及制造工藝，容易出現(xiàn)以下不良：混有雜質(zhì)、毛邊、缺角等。這類不良影響軸承的可靠性、靜音、裝配，需要投入專業(yè)檢測人員細(xì)心挑選后方可使用。

2.軸承尼龍保持器品類規(guī)格較多，軸承類產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用廣，人力投入大

二、項目可行性評估the project feasibility assessment

針對尼龍保持器各類不良，收集了各類不良進(jìn)行評估Nylon retainer for all kinds of bad, is a collection of all kinds of bad for evaluation

兼容性Range of application：規(guī)格接近（直徑相差共景深、材質(zhì)相同）可共用，切換其他料號需更換振動盤，由于產(chǎn)品厚度及角度影響，需調(diào)節(jié)光源位置及亮度，林洋公司提供培訓(xùn)及技術(shù)支持
